What if my dog is nervous and doesn't like their groom?

Do I need to brush my dog at home between grooms?

If matting is minor, I’ll carefully work it out. If it’s severe or uncomfortable for your dog, a shorter clip may be the kindest and safest option. I’ll always discuss this with you first.

Can I stay with my dog during the appointment

Dogs usually settle better once their owner has left, so I recommend drop-off and collection. But don’t worry – I’ll keep your pup safe, happy, and cared for the whole time.
